This form will be down for maintenance starting at about 9:00 PM Eastern on Thursday, October 1st. We expect the form to be back up in a few hours.
Use this tool to draft forms to answer or respond to a motion your child’s other parent filed asking the court for permission to move with the children. You will go to the MLH-Forms website to do this. After you answer the questions, your finished forms will be ready to print.
Our forms are always free. For more information about making and accessing forms, go to Using Online Forms: How to Log In, Get Saved Answers, and Find Forms.
