Northern Community Mediation

Northern Community Mediation (NCM) is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization that offers mediation services as an alternative to litigation in Emmet and Charlevoix counties. In addition, NCM trains individuals by providing them with the skills to avoid and prevent conflict, to recognize when outside help is needed in resolving conflict, and to de-escalate conflict into a manageable process.

NCM handles many types of  General Civil issues including:
