BECKA Management Group

BECKA Management Group is a housing agent through the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA).  BECKA Management  is responsible for administering the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program in eight counties: Arenac, Bay, Clinton, Eaton, Genesee, Ingham, Saginaw and Shiawasee. The HCV program is a federal program that provides rent subsidies for very low income people who find their own housing in private homes and apartment buildings.
