Who Should Attend?
Individuals with low income who live in one of the following counties: Lenawee and Monroe, and who need help with Medicaid-related issues. This includes assistance with applying for Medicaid, keeping your coverage, fixing problems or denials, appealing a decision, or other coverage problems.
If you are determined to be ineligible for services, you will be provided with additional resources.
What information should you bring?
Bring any documents related to your Medicaid case, including notices from MDHHS, proof of income, asset information, identification, and any correspondence regarding your benefits.
You may register in advance to reserve a time. Walk-ins are also welcome and will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis during office hours. Meetings average about 30 minutes and may be limited based on demand.
