Those with convictions from Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham Counties.

Please note this important information:

1. You will need a $50.00 money order/cashier check made out to Michigan State Police.
2. You will need a $10.00 money order/cashier check for a background check.
3. A certified copy of the Judgment of conviction you wish to have set aside. 

Eligibility: 

To be eligible for an expungement, 5 years must have passed since the completion of probation, discharge from parole, or completion of incarceration, whichever is later.

A person with more than one felony conviction is NOT eligible for expungement under Michigan law. 

A person with one felony and more than two misdemeanor convictions is NOT eligibile for expungement.
