Citizens Mediation Service, Inc.

Citizens Mediation Service, Inc. (CMS) is a non-profit, 501(c)3, volunteer based organization .  CMS provides conflict resolution services (Mediation) and training in Southwest Michigan as part of Michigan’s Community Dispute Resolution Program (CDRP). CMS serves Berrien, Branch, Cass, St. Joseph and Van Buren Counties, CMS assists individuals, businesses, municipalities, school districts and public agencies in resolving thousands of disputes using mediation and facilitation services.  CMS provide professionally trained, neutral mediators and facilitators who assist parties in the process of cooperative problem solving.
