Dispute Resolution Center of West Michigan

The Dispute Resolution Center of West Michigan (DRCWM) offers an alternative way to resolve disagreements outside of court.  DRCWM helps people solve their differences peacefully and constructively, using the services of a trained mediator. DRCWM serves seven Michigan counties: Kent, Ionia, Lake, Montcalm, Mecosta, Newaygo and Osceola.  DRCWM can mediate a variety of issues including:

  • landlord-tenant disputes
  • educational issues
  • parenting disputes
  • employee grievances
  • disagreements between neighbors
  • small claims issues
