The Tri-County Safe Harbor, Inc. is a nonprofit agency dedicated to improving opportunities for all people who are abused. The goal is to offer support, advocacy, encouragement, and to make options clear and available.
The Tri-County Safe Harbor, Inc. provides service to over 500 families annually and the shelter provides over 2,600 bed nights annually. In addition to the safe shelter, Safe Harbor has a 24-hour crisis line, advocacy, referral services, individual counseling, group counseling, court accompaniment, and assistance in obtaining Personal Protection Orders. The agency can also provide training to area organizations. Prevention through education is a primary goal.
