The Thumb Area Assault Crisis Center

The Thumb Area Assault Crisis Center provides a safe, supportive environment for survivors of domestic assault and their children. The Crisis Center provides services that will help survivors of domestic or sexual violence, their families, and communities to understand and overcome the effects of such violence.

The Thumb Area Assault Crisis Center services include:

  • 24-Hour Emergency Shelter
  • 24-Hour Crisis Line that offers emotional support, counseling, and information about violent assault
  • Information and referral
  • Crisis counseling
  • Support groups for women and children
  • Legal, medical, and personal advocacy
  • Community presentations
