The Salvation Army Hancock provides assistance for those in need in Houghton, Keweenaw and Ontonagon Counties. Services/programs provided include:
- Food Pantry is open Monday Thru Thursday, 9:00 to 3:00 and Friday from 9:00 to 2:00. ID and proof of income are required.
- Temporary Emergency Shelter for homeless adults and families.
- Utility Assistance
- Thrift Store
- Christmas Assistance - During the holiday season food baskets are distributed to needy families and new toys are provided for their children.
- Youth Services including art classes, basketball, summer camps and character building programs:
