Friends In Deed

Friends In Deed (FID) is an interfaith organization that responds to unmet needs of low-income Washtenaw County residents. Friends In Deed (FID) provides the following services:

• Information and referrals to clients for services provided by other agencies, and to congregations seeking help with requests that are coming into their offices.
• Financial help provided from congregations, community resources or from the FID Direct Assistance Fund for unmet basic needs such as car repair and utility bills. 
• A large furniture program that matches donors with needy families. 
• Car repair and car donation program.
