Ann Arbor Housing Commission

The Ann Arbor Housing Commission (AAHC) administers the low income public housing and Section 8 programs within the City of Ann Arbor to ensure that participants are provided with adequate, safe, and affordable housing opportunities.  All applicants must complete an application to be assigned a position on the waiting list.  Selection is based on factors such as income limits and family status.
