The phone lines are open Monday, Tuesday & Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Some matters will be handled by attorneys over the telephone.
In more complex matters--such as those where the attorneys believe that more extensive representation may be necessary and the case is one that Legal Aid of Western Michigan would handle, the case will be assigned to an attorney for an in-person meeting.
