Friday, Saturday  - 9:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday - 1:00pm - 5:00pm (Library is closed on Sundays after Memorial Day, and Sunday hours resume after Labor Day)

The Legal Self-Help Centers of Genesee County are a place where people can get help with simple legal problems. Visitors can use computers to find legal self-help tools and referrals on All resources on the website and help from Self-Help Center staff are free!

The Legal Self-Help Centers have trained agency and Library staff that can help you navigate the website to find information, forms, instructions, and find community resources that may help with your legal problem. Self-Help Center  staff can help explain legal information, but cannot give legal advice.
