Saginaw County Legal Self-Help Center - A Michigan Legal Help Partner

The Saginaw County Legal Self-Help Center is located in the Hoyt Library, at 505 Janes Avenue in Saginaw.  The Self-Help Center is staffed by navigators who can help visitors use the Michigan Legal Help website to gain information about how to handle simple civil legal matters. The Self-Help Center is open during regular library hours, which are: Monday and Thursday 12:00pm - 8:00pm; Tuesday and Wednesday 10:00am - 6:00pm; Friday and Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm.

In addition to offering access to computers and printing, self-help center staff (called "navigators") will be available to help visitors find what they need on the website. The navigators can answer questions about court practices and processes, and answer simple questions about forms that are available on the website.  Navigators cannot give legal advice.

The Hoyt Library often hosts presentations on legal topics of interest to its patrons. Please visit the library's calendar of events for details.
