The Legal Self-Help Center of Wayne County is located at:
Coleman A. Young Center 2 Woodward Ave., Detroit MI, 19th Floor (Room-1911)
Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 3:00pm.
The last visitor must sign in for services no later than 1:30pm. The office must close promptly at 3:00pm.
The Legal Self-Help Center of Wayne County is a place where people can get help with simple legal problems. Visitors can use computers to find legal self-help tools and referrals on MichiganLegalHelp.org. All resources on the website and help from Self-Help Center staff are free!
The Legal Self-Help Center / Self-Help Center Network has trained court staff that can help you navigate the website to find information, forms, instructions, and find community resources that may help with your legal problem. Self-Help Center staff can help explain legal information, but cannot give legal advice.
