Elder Law of Michigan

Elder Law of Michigan (ELM) is a nonprofit organization that promotes and protects the rights, health and economic well-being of older adults and people with disabilities by providing information, advocacy, legal advice and professional services.

ELM services include:

  • Pension counseling through the Mid-America Pension Rights Project
  • Public benefits access counseling
  • Pooled trust account services (an estate planning option for guardians, conservators, and family members who manage the affairs of a person with a disability)
