Southeastern Dispute Resolution Services: United Way of Jackson County

Southeastern Dispute Resolution Services designs mediation/conflict resolution/restorative justice programs for the court systems, the schools and for the community. It trains local volunteers to mediate/facilitate issues and meetings within specific geographic jurisdictions and are all separate non profits.  It mediates most types of civil disputes, domestic relations (not involving domestic violence), probate issues, community conflict, family law issues, civil rights, facilitate community discussions and public policy discussions, school restorative justice issues, and a variety of special education processes.
