The Veterans Haven of Hope House is a two-year transitional housing program for homeless veterans, which provides individualized services to help transition them back into mainstream society. Veterans Haven of Hope House is operated by the Salvation Army of Washtenaw County. Services provided include:
- Free housing
- Individualized case work services
- Weekly meetings with caseworkers
- Continuing education
