Kent County residents, eligible for Legal Aid of Western Michigan services, who would like to set aside a criminal conviction.
The Clean Slate Pathway project helps people to get criminal record expungements. Legal services are free for eligible clients, and help may be available to pay the fees to apply for expungement.
