Rental Property Owners Association of Kent County

The Real Property Owners Association of Kent County assists landlords with forms and legal information.  There is a membership fee for landlords.  They also assist landlords with credit and criminal reports for tenants; maintain a tenant history website; and offer the services of a notary public.
