Information You Will Need
The Do-It-Yourself Revoke Paternity Established by Marriage tool will ask you for information you might not have with you now. You can save time by printing a worksheet before you start. Select one of the following worksheets:
Use the worksheet to gather the information you need. It is easier to get the information before you start answering questions. The more information you have when you begin, the less you will have to get later.
How the Forms Work
You will answer a series of questions, and your answers will be used to create your court forms. Once you finish answering questions, you can choose to print your documents, e-mail them, or save them.
You will be redirected to the LawHelp Interactive website to create your forms. If you can’t finish the questions in one session, create a LawHelp Interactive account to save your answers before you exit. We strongly recommend that you create an account before you start. If you create an account, make sure to write your username and password somewhere safe. You need them to log back in and get your saved answers.
You can exit at any time by clicking on “Finish” at the bottom right of the screen. If you are logged in, you can save your answers for later use.
